Your Deutsche Bank WorldMiles Credit Card will now become IndusInd Bank WorldMiles Credit Card and will henceforth be managed by IndusInd Bank. You will receive all communication related to this Card from IndusInd Bank. However, you can earn & redeem your WorldMiles in the same manner with your IndusInd Bank WorldMiles credit card on www.myworldmiles.com. You don’t need to activate your account on www.myworldmiles.com again. The membership number and password remains the same as before. Your Miles balance will be transferred to your IndusInd Bank WorldMiles Credit Card.

For domestic flights, the FlightMiles earned through the WorldMiles program will be based on the percentage of the full fare (base fare excluding surcharge & other taxes) that you pay for travel between any two cities and the Ticketed-point-mileage* (TPM) between the two cities.

For international travel, the WorldMiles program has divided the globe into 23 different zones with major cities set as benchmarks in each zone for calculation of TPM. Every flight between these cities has been assigned a specific number of WorldMiles accruable on the full fare for the flight. The WorldMiles you earn will depend upon the fare you pay compared to the full fare between the cities in each zone.

No, for redemption rewards, the credit card holder need not be part of the traveling group.

Online redemption booking cannot be done for a child below 12, if he/she is traveling alone. To redeem for a child under 12 traveling alone, please contact the WorldMiles Customer Service Center on (020)60006160.

No, once the request for redemption is placed, you cannot modify or cancel the reward ticket. There is no refund for re-issuance of partially used tickets.
